Amanda My name is Amanda Zamora.  I’ve loved fitness pretty much all of my life, but my love for teaching began when I taught my first cycle class back in 2002.  I love to motivate people and for them to leave my classes feeling like they did something great for themselves! Working out should be fun, so I try to make my classes tough, but also fun and lively.  After all, if you don’t have fun in a workout, what are the odds you’ll do it again?  I strive to make personal connections with my clients and to push them towards their individual goals.   Nothing give me greater joy than seeing smiling faces at the end of a tough class, and when clients they say they’ll be back tomorrow!   We have a great community here that really supports and encourages one another!  Come by and give us a try! When I’m not at the studio teaching, I work full time at Chapman University, and also teach pole fitness classes.  I enjoy spending free time with family and friends, and taking full advantage of all of the cute little shops and restaurants we are lucky enough to have here in Old Town Orange.

Eric After being rushed to the hospital via an ambulance, I realized that my lifestyle needed a change! My doctor informed me that I was Type 2 Diabetic with High Cholesterol and High Blood Pressure. Since then, I have been dedicated to a more active lifestyle. I am a Certified Spinning Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics and have been spinning for over 10 years. I have lost over 60 pounds and I am proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps!!!  All I can say, is that Spinning has helped me reach my fitness goals, and along the way inspire my family and friends. As a very passionate instructor, my class is full of energy with a lot of strength and interval rides. I look forward to riding with you at my next class!! Let's inspire each other.
