Ever since a child I have been active in sports starting with AYSO soccer. I continued with soccer throughout high school and also became an avid volleyball player. After high school I always stayed active and would enjoy different methods of working out which included standard weightlifting, Boot Camp classes, hiking, and Yoga. It was not until I found Pilates about a year ago that I instantly became hooked. That is the reason that led me to becoming Lagree certified within a year of starting. I take great pride in leading my classes through intense butt kicking workouts that will have my clients pumped and excited for my next class. I utilize my energy and personality while channeling my passion to teach others. I love working with my clients and motivating them to do their best both in class and outside of class. Lagree has made a huge impact for me personally and I am excited to share the Lagree method with others. Outside of Lagree I enjoy being outdoors, hiking in the mountains, riding my bike on the river trail or relaxing by the beach.
I am a fitness freak whose 1st spin class in Brooklyn, NY in 2010 involved a disco ball and strobe lights at the center of the room! I have been hooked ever since, and indoor cycling has lead me to road biking and triathlon racing. I love spinning because it’s low-impact nature let’s me balance out things like CrossFit and running, anyone can do it, and it’s FUN! After class you can find me going to yoga, auditioning for American Ninja Warrior, or eating vegan donuts! Music motivates me and in my classes you’ll find hard core inspiration to kick that last sprint with songs by Sia, Eminem, Flo Rida, Kendrick Lamar, and Pitbull! We’ll work hard so we can play hard…it never gets easier because you get stronger, ride on!
